We make every effort to keep items in stock. Should the item be sold out, you will be notified by email after the order is received by us. All shipments are sent in secure packaging and every delivery is fully insured. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail . Watch bands are sent via USPS and there is no tracking information available unless you order express delivery service. Please note that all deliveries over $500 must be signed for. If you are not typically home during the day to accept a delivery, we encourage you to arrange for shipment to an alternate address, such as your place of employment. For your protection ,We will verify all addresses that are different than the billing address,to be sure no one else is using your card,that is not authorized. You may also track your package at their website. If time is of essence we highly recommend Fed Ex $49.00. The will deliver mostly within 2 days and sometimes 3.They collect their own duties and packages do not sit in customs. There is a slower service available global priority mail which can take 7 days or 12 weeks no guarantees. we do not recommend this service because there is no tracking available. The price is $24.95.
