experience. If, however, you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

will gladly refund the purchase price of any item returned within
10 days AFTER RECEIPT. You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a
credit or receive a full refund.
All
items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will
not be accepted for a refund.
Note
that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been resized or altered in any way.
Mark
the number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item, including all original documentation, to our office.
Once
it passes independent inspection, your money is refunded. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for any item that has been resized or
for any item that is returned damaged, chipped, scratched or otherwise shows signs of wear or tampering.
In
the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money
order, a check will be issued by mail. If you are returning a gift, you may choose to credit the original credit card for the purchase value, or you may
request a credit, which can be applied to any Gems4Me.com purchase in the future. Credit has no expiry date.
Refunds
will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the
case of an error on our part. Please allow approximately 10 business days to complete the return process.
