You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a credit or receive a refund less any credit charges.All items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund.Returns must be postmarked the latest, on the 10th day of the return. Credit has no expiry date.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling, actual cost to us or any credit card fees or charges which altogether total 5% of the purchase price are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
