You may also track your package at their website.If time is of essence we highly recommend Fed Ex $49.00. The will deliver mostly within 2 days and sometimes 3.They collect their own duties and packages do not sit in customs. There is a slower service available global priority mail which ban take 7 days or 12 weeks no guarantees. we do not recommend this service because there is no tracking available. GEMS4me.com will gladly refund the purchase price of any jewelry item returned within 10 days of shipping. You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a credit or receive a refund less any credit charges.All items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund.Returns must be postmarked the latest, on the 10th day of the return.Time is calculated from the date of receipt.
