You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a credit or receive a refund less any credit charges.All items must be returned in their original condition. In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail. If you are returning a gift, you may choose to credit the original credit card for the purchase value, or you may request a credit, which can be applied to any Gems4Me.com purchase in the future. Credit has no expiry date.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling, actual cost to us or any credit card fees or charges which altogether total 5% of the purchase price are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
