You can choose to exchange the merchandise, request a credit or receive a refund less any credit charges.All items must be returned in their original condition. Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund.Returns must be postmarked the latest, on the 10th day of the return. In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail. Credit has no expiry date.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling actual cost to us or any credit card fees or charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part. Please allow approximately 10 business days to complete the return process.
